Registration will open in December 2025.
Registering for the EA4HP-SH Meeting allows you to participate in the scientific programme, attend presentations, network with other professionals and access materials such as case books and conference proceedings. Registering in advance will provide discounts on the registration fee.
Please be aware that if you have filed a case, you will be sent a separate registration link along with your acceptance notification. The fee you paid for submitting the case will be automatically deducted at that time.

The cost for “Meet the Professor Sessions” is €32.50, including VAT, and they can be booked during the registration process. Only for onsite participation.

CME Accreditation and Certificates
An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation for the EA4HP-SH Meeting 2026.
Visa
Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
Letter of Invitation
An official personalized letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme. Invitation letters can be provided electronically (PDF).
Please provide the following information by e-mail in order to receive your visa invitation letter:
- Full Name
- Passport No.
- Expiry Date
- Country of Origin
- Date of Birth
- Registration ID
Method of Payment
The registration fees include German VAT. All fees are stated in Euro. We recommend payment by credit card or debit order (German bank accounts). The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard/MasterCard and Visa. The transmission of your data in the internet is securely encrypted.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment of the fees, a confirmation letter will be sent by email.
